WHY IS THE QUALITY OF DAYOU PACKING PRODUCTS VERY GOOD?

Quality is priority. We always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end. Advanced Equipment And Experienced QC Team Will Check Material, Semi-Finished And finished Products Strictly In Every Step Before Shipping.

1.GUARANTEE OF RAW MATERIALS:

Raw materials must conform to the national environmental protection standards before entering, and at the same time conform to ISO9001 international quality system certification, as well as some local certification standards.

2. NORMALIZED PRODUCTION PROCESS:

There are standards for every production process. In every production process, we will be equipped with professional personnel to check whether the operation process is standardized.

3. PRODUCT QUALITY INSPECTION STANDARDS:

Dayou Packing will take the initiative to send products for inspection, spot checks, each time our test results are more than 50% of the national standard, packing after passing the inspection, and final confirmation before shipment.

4. ADVANTAGES OF MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT:

we provide wonderful gravure printing, offset printing, silkscreen printing, heat transfer printing methods. specially laminated printing because we have our own lamination imprinting factory. We also have two automatic bag machines and 30 artificial sewing machines. We also have some bag reinforcement machines and buttoning machines.

5.PROFESSIONAL LEVEL OF FRONT-LINE PRODUCTION STAFF:

All staff must undergo on-duty training: fire control, safety, systematic management, etc.
Train employees' production skills regularly every month, and improve their ability to deal with problems encountered in the production process.
